4. Client Responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

5. No Guarantee of Results

CREDIT BUILDER makes no guarantee regarding:

• Any specific increase in credit score.
• Loan approval.
• Credit card approval.
• Removal of accurate negative information.
• Acceptance of disputes.
• Time required by credit bureaus to process disputes.

All decisions remain solely with the relevant Credit Information Company (CIC), bank, NBFC, or financial institution.

6. Fees & Payments

• Service fees are disclosed before purchase.
• Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
• Government charges, bureau fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, or third-party fees are separate unless expressly stated.
• Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Client Authorization

By purchasing our services, you authorize CREDIT BUILDER to:

• Review your credit reports.
• Analyze your credit profile.
• Prepare documentation.
• Submit disputes where applicable.
• Communicate with credit bureaus and financial institutions regarding your case, where authorized by you.

8. Electronic Consent

You agree that:

• OTP verification,
• Digital signatures,
• Electronic signatures,
• Online acceptance,
• Checkbox confirmation,

shall constitute your legal consent under applicable Indian law.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all customer information as confidential. Information may only be shared:

• With your authorization;
• To perform the requested services;
• To comply with legal obligations;
• With trusted service providers operating under confidentiality obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, text, documents, videos and service materials — is the exclusive property of Profile India (OPC) Private Limited unless otherwise stated. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where services have already commenced, refunds may be limited or unavailable except as required by law or expressly provided in that policy.

13. Service Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Haldwani, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.
