Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services

CREDIT BUILDER provides professional services including:

• Credit Report Analysis
• Credit Report Dispute Assistance
• Credit Score Improvement Guidance
• Credit Builder Programs
• Credit Advisory
• Financial Documentation Assistance

Our services are consultancy and professional assistance services that involve allocation of trained personnel, case review, document preparation, backend processing, and customer support.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Work Commences

A cancellation request may be submitted within 24 hours of payment only if our team has not started processing your case.

If approved, the refund will be processed after deducting:

• Payment Gateway Charges
• Applicable Taxes (if any)
• Administrative Processing Charges (up to 20%)

2.2 After Work Commences

Once our team has started work on your case — including credit report review, consultation, document verification, preparation of dispute documents, case analysis, or communication with relevant parties — cancellation may not be available. Refund eligibility thereafter will be determined in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

3. Credit Report Dispute Services

Our Credit Report Dispute Service is based upon applicable Indian laws and the dispute resolution procedures followed by Credit Information Companies (CICs).

We do not guarantee:

• Credit score improvement;
• Removal of accurate or verified information;
• Approval of any loan or credit card;
• Acceptance of disputes;
• Processing timelines of any Credit Information Company or lender.

Final decisions remain solely with the relevant Credit Information Company, bank, NBFC, or financial institution. Fees paid are for professional consultation, document preparation, administrative processing, and dispute assistance — not for a guaranteed outcome.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchasing the service.
• Failure to obtain a loan or credit card.
• Rejection of a dispute by a credit bureau or lender.
• Delays caused by banks, NBFCs, credit bureaus, government authorities, or third-party systems.
• Failure by the client to provide required documents, OTPs, authorizations, or information.
• The client becomes unresponsive for more than 15 consecutive days, resulting in closure or delay of the case.

5. Duplicate Payments

If the same payment is made more than once due to a technical issue or user error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification. Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, please contact our support team before raising a dispute with your payment provider. Where services have already been substantially performed, we may provide relevant records — including communications, service logs, timestamps, and customer consent — to the payment processor or financial institution for the purpose of resolving the dispute.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will:

• Be credited to the original payment method;
• Normally be processed within 7–10 business days after approval;
• Not be transferred to third-party bank accounts except where legally required.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.

8. Jurisdiction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Haldwani, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.

By making payment to CREDIT BUILDER, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and accepted the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• I understand that I am purchasing professional consulting and dispute assistance services.
• CREDIT BUILDER's responsibility is to review my case, prepare documentation, and provide professional assistance.
• CREDIT BUILDER cannot control or guarantee decisions made by any Credit Information Company, bank, NBFC, or lender.
• Completion of the agreed professional services constitutes fulfillment of the Company's service obligations.
